In 2019, I began brewing kombucha
in a closet at my parents house.
I was tired of paying for kombucha,
so I wanted to try my hand at making
it myself! It started out as a fun experiment,
but I soon realized the effervescent flavors
I have been able to create were not
on the market. As someone who is active,
but still wants to have fun, I began mixing
my kombucha with different alcohol.

Shortly after, I wanted to create a product
that does not need to be mixed, and that
is where Kombucharista was born.
